Step inside your circle, it will protect you without the Incantation, but it strengthens it. If desired lay down the brick dust, no enemy can cross it if they mean you harm.

Put your open hand infront of you. Visulise energy swirling above your hand. If you get tired,visulise energy comming from the moon, sun, orthe earth. I sometimes need to literally clear my mind to do this.
