The Attack
What you need to do is visualize entering their mind. This can be done in a couple of different ways find what works best for you. Me I will visualize me just in their head but with out my body there. Then see a ball of electric energy getting bigger and bigger as it gets more energy. Then let it explode blasting their mind. Then do it again as much as you wish. This may hurt your head a little bit but not to much.

Blocking This
A way to block this would be to visualize an electric shield building in your mind spreading out until it covers your whole mind. As long as you hold it it will protect you. Plus you can add more shield of possibly metal or something else.

First, find a quiet place to concentrate. take your scrying implement (bowl/mirror) and place it in front of you. Now, light the candle and set it in between the implement and yourself. Now you can begin. Focus on that single thing you would like to see. Person, place, object etc. Focus on it, and block out all other emotions, thoughts and sensations. Then, pour every iota of strength you can muster, and visualize it streaming from your body into the scrying implement. Stop the energy flow once you start to see the image form.

Be outside in a comfortable position and chant, "All of all. I call upon the elements to grant me the power of magic".

During a full moon, draw a pentagram on the floor, and place a candle on each point on the star. Light them, and after saying the name of the person you would like to speak to, as well as their death age and date of birth and date of death, extinguish the candles using your blood. Now speak within your mind, and remember, you only have until the morning to finish your conversation.

Chant one time:"By the forces of evil I want (him/her) to fail (what you want them to fail in).

Get your cotton wool and apply the Alcohol on it. Gently rub the on your candles and do it smoothly, you will notice a difference the candles will be shiny and beautifull.Dont rub too hard and don't polish too often or you will loose the shape of your candle and also the wax.

There are 2 chants, one to reduce the wind and one to making it stronger.

Reducing it: First, concentrate, then say:''Oh raging wind, you that flow in our meadows, I command thee to reduce to a simple breeze and eventually disapear!"

To make it stronger: Again, concentrate, then say:''Oh you small breeze, may your strengh grow and become a raging gust! Flow in the sky and move the clouds!"

Go outside with your candle and feather, and sit down cross legged. Put the candle down in front of you and light it. Now, take the feather, and touch the tip of it to the center of your forehead, or your third eye. Breathe nice and slowly and as you do, recite this spell as you hold the feather to your head:

"Guardian of the watchtower of the North, Master of wind and sky. Lend me your ancient power. Keep me strong with the wind's cry. When you breathe, allow it to move through me. Give me ancient powers".

Burn the feather over the candle and say, "Accept this sacrifice. Allow me the will and power over your watchtower. So mote it be". Then blow out the candle to finish the spell.

There are many ways in which garlic can serve as a ward against evil. You can wear garlic by affixing it around your neck. You can place it in your house near doorways to prevent evil from coming into your home. You can also incorporate it into your cooking.
