Hold your object in front of a white backround. Look past the object while still keeping it within your view. You should be able to note vague colors around the object. It may take some time and focus to see the colors more clearly. These colors are the aura. If you practice this enough, you may be able to do this with people as well.

Imagine you are turning into wind and chant:

"I want to be fast like the light,
I want to run like the wind,
Gods please hear me,
So Mote It Be!"

Meditate until you feel relaxed. Then vizulize yourself in a bubble with the person/item with you. Imagine that there is a silver cord wrapped around the person/item. Then simply cut the cord and push the person/item out of your bubble.

Sorcerers life tap. Imagine a blue line going from enemy to you and their energy going into your arm through the line.

Chant:

"Demons demons hear my cry this is your master calling from heri turn me into a demon at once."

When playing, just chant:

"Make a ball come right to me, so mote it be."

As you say "me", point towards yourself.

The ball will come to you either by rolling towards you, flying towards you, or someone giving it to you. This may or may not work right away, but it DOES work. Also, this may or may not affect the spell, but I always say thank you after I receive the ball.
