#4011 - Ki Training 1
Stand in a fighting position. Feel the ki in your body. Now visualize roots shooting out of your feet and into the ground. Picture the roots planting into the ground and obsorbing ki. Then begin to visualize your energy merging
with the Earth's energy. This is a technique that gives a little boost to the ki attack, and helps prevent burnout.
Ki Ball:
Cup your hands like you were holding a large baseball. Focus on your hara and the energy inside of it. Bring that ki up into your chest, then down your arms into your hands. When a descent amount of ki is in your hands, have it emerge out and meet in between to form a ball. You should be able to feel it's energy. Don't worry if you can't see it, you'll be able to when you become more advanced.
Drawing ki:
Sit in a cross-legged position. Back straight, chin up. Put your hands so that your left hand is holding your right calf muscle, and vice-versa. Close your eyes and begin to breath slowly. 4 seconds breathing in, hold for 2, breath out for 4, hold for 2. This is called the four-fold breath. It relaxes your mind and body. After about 10 times of doing that, start doing the following: Breath in like you normaly would, but this time picture breathing in the ki around you. Have it go up you nostrols and stop there when you hold your breath. As you breath out, Focus on the ki traveling down your body and splitting in to two parts so that it can go down both your arms. Let the ki flow down both arms and into the calfs. Keep the ki flowing up your legs untill it winds up at yo ur hera. Repeat this untill you feel you have drawn enough energy. After a while you'll be able to draw in ki while you're doing something.
Ki sensing:
Close your eyes and think of someone standing around you. Visualize the ki inside of their body. Now reach out with your ki and touch their's. The stronger their ki power is, the larger the knot in your stomache.
Ki Sheild:
Feel out th ki in your body. Feel it flow through your merideans(energy channels). Now start having ki come out of your hera, and more ki out of your body. The ki that comes out of your body have form around you in a crystall shape. After a minute or so you should have an entire outer shell around you. Now start filling the space between your body and the outer shell with ki. Once this is accomplished, visualize the outer shell of the full sheild turning in to hard, invincible metal or steel. The harder the concentration, the stronger the sheild.
Attacking with ki:
To attack with ki, do this. When you shoot your ki at something/one, you need to shoot it THROUGH the opponent. The reason for this is that the ki will act as a sonic boom and create a shockwave. This rupters their ki and will sometimes send them crumbling to the ground gassping for air. But there is something to remember. Closing the distance increases the results of the attack. When ki travels too far, it begins to fall apart. Also, a physical attack that's charged with ki is much more devistating. Because there is no space between the ki and the opponent.
Basic Ki blast:
Put your hands to your side and make a ki ball. You should be standing in a wide stance. Focus on the opponent, but keep concentration on the ki ball. Keep adding energy to it untill you think it has enough. Focus on the ki inside of you radiating out about to explode with it's true force. Lean foward and thrust your hands out in a double-palm strike. Tighten you hands and explode the ki inside of you to let it out in a short, devistating, blast. Push the ki ball away from your body and through the opponent. This will likely only cause the opponent to loose stanima and concentration. NOTE!: Do not perform this technique and make physical contact. Only do that as a last resort. If the blast is powerful enough and physical contact is made, organs can dissentigrate, and the person could die or blow up.
Ki Punch:
Begin to feel out the ki in your body. Now let it flow in to the hand that is going to attack. Keep the ki inside of the hand. Once you have collected a sufficient amount of ki, start focusing behing your opponent. Focus on the space behing him. Then tell yourself you're going to punch that space. Attack and let out a shockwave of ki going through the opponent the instance you make contact.
Ki kick:
Fill your leg with ki and repeat the instructions for ki punch, replacing hand with foot.
Ki flame:
A version of the power up. Start drawing in energy ands letting it flow through out you entire body. Keep drawing in more and more. Fill your inner and outer body with ki. Next, make all of it explode and come outwards so that it is outside of your body surrounding you like a flame. For visualization: If you watch dragon ball z, this is the power up they use.
Ki to Increase Speed:
This is farely simple. Wave your hand in the air in front of you. As your doing this, visualize an image of the hand moving at a faster rate. Bring your hand back and perform a front punch. As your arm extends, picture the mental fist drawing back. As your real fist draws back, picture the mental one striking. Practice this with both hands. After continuos practice, you will begin to see results. It's a mental trick, I honestly don't know why it works.
Basic Ki Healing:
Place your hands on the wounded or painful area. Let your ki flow into the injured area. Picture your ki as the color yellow, and the pain as the color red. As your ki enters the other person's body, have the yellow energy overpower the red energy. In your mind it should look like the yellow is eating away at the pain. After about a minute, their should be no more red, meaning no more pain.
Ki Healing version 2:
Place your hands about an inch above the person who is injured. Wave your hands across their body and pay attention to any of their energy that feels different than the rest. That it the source or their pain. Touch the injured area and picture grabbing the pain and releasing it into the air to be cleansed. Replace the energy less area with some of your own ki. Healing takes about 5 minutes to go into effect. Ki
The techniques I have so far on this page listed in order are the advanced ki blast, jing blast, multiple ki balls, ki matoshi, genki dahma, spirit up, burning knuckle, big bang blast, sudden impact, and spirit mine.

#4014 - Chakra Healing & Chakra Balancing
There are different methods of balancing the chakras. Some people use coloured crystals, as the energy vibrations of colours aids balancing. Essential oils can be used for their healing vibrations. Visualisation is powerful, as thought is energy. Affirmations made while chakra balancing create positive feelings. Whichever methods are used or combined, chakra balancing offers very positive results - improving your health and making you feel good about yourself.
Spending a few minutes balancing your chakras before you get out of bed in the morning is a wonderful way to start the day, making you feel full of life, positivity and hope. Balancing your chakras before you go to sleep at night will calm you down, ease your mind and promote a wonderful night's sleep. If you want to do it during the day, then you must find a quiet space and time for yourself.
First Chakra: Muladhara (red)
Located at the base of the spine, the first energy center, sometimes called the root chakra, relates to our most basic survival needs and our sense of belonging, whether to our family or a larger group. When this chakra is clear and energy flows through it freely, we feel secure and confident that we can easily fulfill our needs. On the other hand, blockage in this area can cause us to feel anxious and worried. This chakra, which connects us to the earth, gives us vital information about whether actions we're considering will nourish us or pose a threat. When we have a decision to make, we can listen to the signals of the root chakra: Uncomfortable sensations are a message to be alert and reconsider, while pleasant feelings indicate that a given course of action is likely to meet our needs for safety and nourishment.
Second Chakra: Svadhisthana (orange)
This chakra resides in reproductive area and is associated with creativity and birthboth literally to a new baby but also metaphorically to new aspects of ourselves, projects and ideas. When this chakra is healthy, we're tapped into the source of higher energy that helps us write beautiful music, develop an innovative business, or create a loving family life. When this chakra becomes congested, we may experience a block in our creative powers and a sense of dryness or emptiness.
Third Chakra: Manipura (yellow)
The third chakra, which governs our will, self-esteem and sense of personal power, is located in the solar plexus. When energy flows freely through this center, we're confident about our ability to manifest our intentions and desires. When the third chakra is blocked, however, we feel powerless and frustrated.
Fourth Chakra: Anahata (green)
This energy center is sometimes referred to as the "heart chakra because it resonates in the heart and relates to compassion and love. When the fourth chakra is flowing and open, we feel deeply connected to everyone in our life. But when it's obstructed, we experience loneliness and a sense of alienation.
Fifth Chakra: Vishuddha (blue)
This energy center is localized in the throat area and relates to communication and self-expression . . . the ability to voice our dreams. When our center of communication is clear, we're able to express our truth without worrying about what others may think. In contrast, with a congested fifth chakra, we feel anxious about how other people will react to our views and are likely to censor ourselves.
Sixth chakra: Ajna (indigo)
The sixth chakra, also known as the 'brow chakra' or the 'third eye' is located between the eyes. It's the center of insight, where we integrate all the information and intuition in our life. When energy isn't flowing easily through this chakra, we have a sense of self-doubt and distrust. When it's open and clear, we feel deeply connected to our inner wisdom and trust that it guides us in our choices.
Seventh chakra: Sahaswara (violet)
This chakra resides at the crown of the head and is therefore sometimes called the crown chakra. It connects us to higher consciousness and pure awareness. The seventh chakra is known as the 'Thousand Petaled Lotus,' which bursts open when we remember our true nature and experience enlightenment. This is a list of the energy centers & their corresponding vibrational sounds: Base of Spine: LAM Reproductive Area: VAM Solar Plexus: RAM Heart: YAM Throat: HAM Forehead: SHAM Crown: AUM

#4015 - Ancient Chakra Balancing Meditation
Step 2. Visualize a ball of pure white light entering your body through the top of your head (crown chakra), and gently float the ball downwards through your body to the end of your spine (root chakra).
Visualize your root chakra as a red ball. Now visualize the ball of white light merging with the red ball until the two balls become one brilliant, glowing perfect ball of red light.
Concentrate on the affirmation for the Root Chakra - ''I have an abundance of strength and energy. I express my individuality in a Divine Perfect Way.''
Recognize the truth of the affirmation; repeat it to yourself three times...and accept it as your truth now! Take three deep breaths. Your root chakra is now cleansed and balance!
Step 3. Repeat step two for the remaining six chakras. Always lift the ball of white light upwards through your body to the next chakra, merging it with the ball of color pertinent to the chakra you are cleansing and balancing.
Remember to relax! Concentrate on the affirmation of each Chakra. Repeat it to yourself three times. Accept it as your truth. After each chakra visualization, take three breaths. Three is the number of Trinity Energy.
Step 4. When you have finished cleansing and balancing your seventh chakra (crown chakra), you are now ready for the all important ancient method of psychic self-protection.
Ancient Psychic Self-Protection
Step 5. Now visualize the ball of white light gently floating upwards, out of your body, through the top of your head, and suspended inches above your crown chakra. See it disbursing and becoming pure white radiant raindrops showering down, around, and covering your entire body like a warm, refreshing shower. See yourself as a glowing being of pure white light. Visualize a pyramid covering your illumined body. Shower the pyramid, with you inside, with the deep purple light of spirituality. Feel totally relaxed, refreshed, and protected. Give thanks to the Universal Source for this blessing.

#4016 - Spell Writing
Clearly state your need, determine what is the purpose of the spell. Think about this carefully you must be VERY specific. Asking for protection could mean anything. You can not leave anything to chance in spellmaking. You must cover all aspects, be certain of all parts. Clearly state all dimensions of your need (enduring love, rather than just love; complete protection, rather than just physical protection; etc.).
STEP 2
Once you have the spell specifics determined clearly in your mind especially its purpose it's time to start building the spell together. This is where your correspondences come in. You will need to research things like candle colours, moon phases, herbs, and elements while you decide what is right for the spell. You must also decide what materials you need if any. Go with your instinct and what feels right for you. Make notes about what you want the spell to consist of and what you want to be the outcome.
STEP 3
Next we begin to write the spell or ritual. Don not expect the words to flow from you especially when first starting to Spellcraft. With all things it takes practice to formulate words and actions together. The more you practice the better you will become. Your mind will know what you need so always go with instinct and heart, trust your inner self. If you are using tools in your spell then try to mention them in the spell, infuse your words of power or magickal rhyme into the spell or ritual to strengthen it. Sometimes it is these words that may help you to build the entire spell or rhyme. Also think about the actual words you use, match the words to the type of spell you're composing, strong words for protection, gentler words for healing or love. During any spell or ritual chanting is used to raise power. Try to build a chant one that rhymes and repeat it several times depending on how powerful you want the spell to be. Also when writing be aware of any actions like writing on some paper, what type of paper, candle lighting, burning anything etc. You must match the words to the actions of the spell or ritual.
STEP 4
To finish off you must read it through carefully and make any changes or additions. Check each stage of what you have written, anything you need to do to prepare, any action at the end must also be considered. When you have everything in place you will be readty to preform your spell or ritual.
Remember that all this will be going into your own Book Of Shadows. It is very important to keep a record of the whole spell or ritual, when it was performed, what you did, did you feel anything etc.

#4020 - Protect Someone From Accidents
First wear your lucky charm if you want or/and rosary placed in your right hand. Then choose someone and stare the person you want to protect and close your hand like you are praying
"I'm calling you god with all my might
Give me/him/her/them protection of holy light
To this person/people i will pass the spell
Make me/him/her/them away from creatures of hell"
After you chant this make the top of your closed hand where your fingers are there is touched to your chest but the lower part is not like making a isosceles without the lower part and quickly release your hand like passing it to that person.
Repeat this chant several times if you want because it will make the spell more powerful
