Light some Narcissus incense/herb and take in the scent. Take up the slate/grey-blue candle and charge it with the following over 9 times:

"Candle burning in Moons light, aid me in my sleep tonight
Give me rest so that I may be ready for the coming day."

Now place the candle down and light it. place your hands around the candle to receive its energy and repeat this charm over and over till you can't:

"My own bedroom window looks into the sky
As the moon and the stars and the heavens go by.
Through the black night sky they seem to barely creep,
Yet they vanish each evening when I go to sleep.
And yet, I still watch them, almost every night,
Hoping always to catch their mysterious flight.
But I soon fall asleep and with morning's sunrise,
They've once again vanished...in front of my eyes."

As the chant becomes familiar in your mind and you can chant it without reading it, try to close your eyes as you repeat one verse, then open them again and look out your window at the night sky while continuing to repeat till you drift off.

Using this spell from time to time I have discovered that it may take up to 4 days max to really kick in.

At your ritual space, or under the night sky, charge the candle with your intention of restful sleep and dress the candle with the oil. (Rub oil on your temples for added relaxation). Take a deep breath and lift your gaze at the beauty of the night sky. Note how peaceful the sky is.

Raise your arms in honor and call to the goddess of Night and the god of dreams and sleep:

"Beauteous goddess, Eternal One of starry heaven, glorious lady,
you who beholds the hours when sleep is due and dreams take wing.
Hold me in your warm embrace as I journey through the veil of dreams.
Grant me a deep and peaceful sleep that I may dream of the worlds unseen."

"Magnificent god, glorious and powerful lord of the gates of dreams,
Handsome winged lord that gives dreams to mankind.
Lord and lady I ask this of thee Help me sleep,
help me sleep well, help me rest, undisturbed.
Ward away dreams from my mind
And if they should come my way,
turn them into dreams of fun, light and fancy.
I have lost far too many hours of sleep.
No more! No more. good dreams now be mine!
Please help me, my lord, my lady."

Put your hands around the candle, a hand on either side. Imagine rays of light radiating out of the candle, threading through your finger and up your body, rooting you firmly to the ground. But at the same time, imagine your mind becoming free from your body, drifting off and leaving your body.

Closing your eyes, recite these words ten times.

"Sleep free me,
Dreams take me,
Dull my senses,
Let me sleep,
All night long."

Blow out the candle and allow your breath to guide you into a deep and restful sleep.

Make a phi ball out of lucky energy surrounding the item you want as a lucky charm/item, then pop the phi ball, now the item is a lucky charm/item.

Open your circle and place your laser pointer in the center of the room, then say something that would be considered an incantation, this must come from heart, I will give an example(this specific example will enchant the pointer with the element of water, it's good to charge objects like laser pointers before an elemental ritual etc.)

"Elements of water, I call upon you to infuse your magick into the comfort of this material object, to bring it great advantages. I ask permission from a majority of the great goddesses, Fae, Atremis, Demeter, Cerridwen, Freya. Allow me to bless the object before me with this element I have chosen, water. It is my will, so mote it be."

Note: Your incantation must always end with "So mote it be." and if you are in a group have the people you are with say "So mote it be" as well.

Chant

Your dragon familiar will be with you 2 days after you do this.

Take 9 cleansing breaths and say the following:

"Scarlet red, with specks of green
Create a flame that is unseen
Let this force now pound my victims mind
Squeezing pressure - force confined
Blood rise- boil-now turn acute
Let their vision see red,and aggravation take root."

Take 9 more cleansing breaths and say:

"Let their vision see red,and aggravation take root.

Let this force now pound my victims mind
Create a flame that is unseen
Scarlet red, with specks of green"

"I call upon Iris to rise from the underworld, from the depths of the sea, with Thy golden wings travel to me. Slide down Thy rainbow, in the speed of the wind, with ewer in hand. Please open the door of communication. And with that said, I say Thank You"

Now present the gifts of wheat, honey and dried figs. Open the front door, light the candle, put it in front of you along side the gifts. Recite the spell 3 times, let the candle burn for 33 minutes. After 33 minuets take the candle to the front door and blow the flame out.
