I found this spell while in a time of extreme stress. When I was about eight, I was angry at my sister in the evening because she woke me up. I threw in every ounce of Ki and Psi I could muster, powered it more with all the mana from my room, hurled it at my sister and she went straight back to sleep (out cold). I was utterly energyless, so I went to sleep. I woke up at 11 A.M. and she was still asleep. This is an incredibly powerful spell, so use it wisely.

Gather all your energy, but have a backup source, just in case. Start out with making a psi ball, compacted with all your psi energy into one point, then start rotating it at a high speed in the air. Focus is key at the moment so it doesn't dissipate. Then add on layers and layers of ki, until your power runs out. Keep it spinning. Drain mana from objects around you and channel it into yourself, so your ball becomes double as powerful. Now launch it at a target. If you want to save it, store it in a large object that has no energy, like a bed drained of mana. Use no spells until you have launched the ball otherwise your large supply of mana will be used. Use the ball within a day or power will go. Even an amateur will be able to sense such a large energy source and try to drain it. When you have got enough energy back after creating it, but layers of protection onto it.

Good Intent:

Hold your hand as if holding a ball, but not touching. Visualize your energy flowing in between your hands. Your hands should start to warm up. If they are not warm, you have failed, try again. You can use this spell for good...or bad. When using it for bad, I prefer to fill my hands with negative energy, such as all my anger or sadness.
