Few if any have enough energy to work our craft alone. We must and should learn to draw energy from other sources. Working in a group, we can draw energy from the group. There are many more powerful sources that we can and should be utilizing. As you are probably aware we can create a thought form and feed it energy to complete the function we make it for. There are thousands of very powerful thought forms that others have made. We can tap into their energy as well as the four elements, the Sun and the Moon can also be used.

First rule: never use your own energy if you can find any other source.
Rule two: There are always other sources available.

Drawing energy is not that hard but like most things it requires practice, just as you can draw in Prana with breathing exercises, you can also draw in other energy, Mana from the Earth, energy from fire and water, and as mentioned before from powerful thought forms.
Most spells can be made into thought forms, usually with less effort that doing the spell itself. Create a psi ball, name it, instruct it on what its function is, and where to draw energy from. And finally what it is to do once its task is complete and then send it on its way. (this last part is very important, you want to make sure that you “Kill” the thought form once it has completed its task)

Example: Spell to heal another. Make a pis ball, Name it “Heal (name)”. Instructions – Go to (name) and send healing energy into his/her body at a level that will help and not harm. Continue to do so until he/she is will. Draw energy needed from the “Hail Mary” thought form. When (name) is healed, release your remaining energy slowly into the Earth and dissolve. Thank you, now go to (name).

As you see it is not that hard and none of the magical tools and rituals are needed. Being the thought form has its own energy source it will be more effective than any spell that only has the energy available that was used when it was cast. It is not hard to convert most spells into a thought form. I believe that you will find that they are easier and more effective than spells.

If you have found your magick not working well, then give this a few tries, you should be presently surprised. Remember the rules of three still apply and will come back harder than ever if you use it to alter ones free will or to do harm. You are not an agent of Karma, it does not need your help. Seek no revenge, hate, wickedness and evil eats into your soul, do not carry them with you. You have been warned. Consider your actions carefully before casting any spell or creating any thought form.

Light the candles and the incense. Hold the lemon in both hands and visualize it magnetized and drawing the negative spell away from you. Dip your athame in the water then slice the lemon into three pieces. Set the athame aside and visualize the lemon drawing the negativity away from you and into the pulpy fruit. Repeat the following:

"As sour as this lemon be
Charged and cut in pieces three
With salt and water I am free
Uncross me now, I will it be.

Let this lemon do it's task
It's cleansing power I do ask
As this lemon dries in air.
Free me from my dark despair.

Uncross! Uncross! I break his curse.
But let not my simple spell reverse.
I wish no ill, nor wish him pain
I wish only to be free again."

Take each lemon slice and dip it in the salt, making sure it is well coated. Set the slices back on the altar and say:

"As it is my will, so mote it be!"

Leave the lemon pieces on the altar where they can dry. Once dry the spell is complete and the lemon can be thrown away or buried. If however the fruit rots instead, you must repeat the spell. While waiting for the fruit to dry, keep the sachet with you at all times. It will help to protect you from the effects of the spells and turn away any negativity sent in your direction.

Begin by creating your sacred space, do whatever gets you in a magical mood. Light the incense (I burn my incense over charcoal in a small cauldron because it's a loose mixture) and sit for a few moments. Spend some time thinking about the negative feelings, thoughts and situations you've been carrying around with you. How have these things made you feel and affected your life?

After you've spent some time really thinking about this take one of the pieces of paper and begin to write down all the negative things you'd like to rid yourself of. You can just write words or you can put it in letter form, whatever is easiest for you. What matters is that you get it all out. Once you've finished writing out the negatives spend some time thinking about the positive. When the negative is removed what are the positive things you want to take its place?

Imagine the positive things you want to create in your life and see yourself free of anything negative or detrimental to you. After you've spent some time envisioning the positive take the other piece of paper and begin to write out the positive the same as you did for the negative. Now it's time for the candles. The candles are going to be carved and dressed with oil so have a carving tool on hand and some paper towels to catch the wax and wipe your hands.

White Candle

• Carve your name into the candle.
• Carve your zodiac sign into the candle.
• At the top of the candle carve 'Please'.
• At the bottom of the candle carve 'Thank You'.
• In the center of the candle carve the negative symbol.
• Dress the candle with uncrossing oil. (rub the candle with oil)

Black Candle

• Carve your name into the candle.
• Carve your zodiac sign into the candle.
• At the top of the candle carve 'Please'.
• At the bottom of the candle carve 'Thank You'.
• In the center of the candle carve the positive symbol.
• Dress the candle with uncrossing oil. (rub the candle with oil)

Put the candles to the side and place the glass dish in front of you. Take the nine bay leaves and place them around the bottom of the dish one by one. Then take the piece of paper with the negatives written on it and fold it in half. Place the paper on the left side of the dish on top of the bay leaves. Then sit the white candle (-) on top of the folded piece of paper. Now take the paper with the positives written on it. Fold it in half and place it on the right side of the dish on top of the bay leaves. Put the black candle (+) on top of it.

The rest of the ingredients:

• Sprinkle the rosemary around the candles and in the dish.
• Sprinkle the salt around the candles and in the dish
• Sprinkle the iron filings around the candles and in the dish.
• Pour the water into the dish (just enough to cover the bottom of the dish).
• Pour the florida water into the dish (at least three tablespoons.)

Now it's time to light the candles starting with the white candle. Light the candle and say the spell 3 times:

"This flame is lit to burn away the bad
Negative is cast out and all obstacles removed
I release myself from negativity
Bboth acquired and self made" (repeat x3)

Let the candle burn for a few minutes and visualize the negative things written on the paper being pulled away from you. The iron filings are pulling them away, the herbs are removing the obstacles and negativity while the salt and water are cleansing.

Once you've let the white candle burn for a few minutes light the black candle and say:

"I light this candle as a beacon for
light, positivity and protection.
I am grounded
I am peaceful
I am free
I am capable
I am love" (repeat x3)

Watch the candle burn while you visualize bringing all the positive things written on the paper beneath the candle into your life. The iron filings are pulling them toward you, the herbs are protecting and drawing the positive to you and the salt and water continue to cleanse and purify. If you have to put the candles out, snuff them out and relight them starting with the white candle.

When the candles have burned out completely bury the contents of the glass dish outside, in potted plant, put it in a body of water and let it float away, whatever works for you. Once you've discarded it walk away knowing the negative is behind you and the positive is just ahead of you. Don't forget to make the spell yours so if you feel the need to change the wording of the spell, change the ingredients etc do it. Make it work for you. I hope my version of an uncrossing spell is helpful!!

Block out everything. Let a feeling of peace and calmness fill you. Then say:

"I am strong and I can do anything
Let peace fill my heart and mind
Help me feel kindness and tolerence
Let nothing dampen my joy
Help me feel kindness and love to all
I am myself and no one can change that
I am unique and that is good
I have something special to give to the world
Let me if no one else remember my own worth
So mote it be"

Wait tilla fullmoon and open your window. Sit down and light the candle. Clear your head. Do this until the candle burns out. After that, when you wake, sit there and clear your mind. This should help you with your spells.

Say "Gods and goddes find my (item), help me now to find (item). So mote it be".

Hold the bracelet in your power hand and visualize a bright green auric field surrounding the bracelet closely. Now, speak these words aloud over your bracelet:

"Round the wrist my luck is worn
My love and life, to adorn.
Greenest clovers follow thee,
Bring best of luck here to me".

Don (wear) your bracelet around whenever you need a bit of luck in your life.

Collect 3 ordinary small stones from the ground outside. Place the stones in front of you three inches apart. Chant:

"My dream are becoming reality, by my design
My powers are growing, my spirit is strong
My gifts are many and will, last long
Power, beauty and strength are in me
Bringing the changes I desire, for all to see
I am becoming one that others do admire
By my courage and vision, I am becoming me
I am amazing, So mote it be!"
