Then say this once out loud and then once in your head.
''Gods and Goddesses, please help me,
I'd like to swap my body.
Not just any person though,
So please don’t make the transition slow.
(name of person) is the body I want to swap,
When we switch, it might sound like a little ''pop''.
Make sure that it's done right,
And try not to cause some fright,
By swapping when we expect it.
It might even hurt a little bit.
But I don't care, I just want to switch,
Even though, I know it also may itch.
Their skills, memories, and knowledge I would also like,
So I can see what they dislike.
I'd like if they got mine, too,
So they can see what I find true.
Afterwards we will loose our own,
So our skills and memories will now be unknown.

We won't be aware of the swap,

After you say this, keep on concentrating very hard on the person you want to swap bodies with. Close your eyes and slowly imagine entering their body with their mind and them entering your body with your mind. Open your eyes. It might be hard to tell if you swapped since you will basically BE the other person, If it didn't work, you will remember doing the spell. Don't worry if it doesn't work right away. Sometimes it takes a little longer. Have fun and good luck! :)

Close the door and stand facing it with your hand on the doorknob and your eyes closed. Say "Let this door take me to _____ ( be specific) when I say the word(s) _____. Let me return if anyone wants or needs me/ let no one realize I am gone. To return, I will say _____. So mote it be". Keeping your eyes closed, wait for the doorknob to feel very warm and an overwhelming sense of belief. Shut your eyes very tightly and say your code word. Then, walk through the door. Open your eyes when you feel a change in temperature. The first few times you go through the portal, when you open your eyes, you may be transported back home.

With your wand, cast a circle(optional but helps against bad energy.)
Next, take your doll and hold it in front of you, close your eyes and remember all the good things that have happened to you, or go to your happy place. Now imagine that good energy flowing from your hands to your doll, then bless it to be happy always. With your pen and paper write a letter to your doll, make sure it includes good things and write your name and your wish for it to do for you(this part is optional). Every so often replace the note with a new one and talk to it remember to treat it like a person and if you want leave a gift for it.

pretty self explanatory
i found this in an old spellbook and i am still getting the ingredients together so this is not tested yet
draw 4 pentagrams around the sigil
get a bowl
kill the sacrifice drain its blood into a seperate bowl then place the drained corpse in the first bowl
dip the wingbones into the sacrifice blood and then place them with the corpse
do the same with the tail
sprinkle annointing oil for protection during your travel between the universes
pour the rest of the sacrifice blood over the other ingredients
pour annointing oil in the shape of any angels sigil that you wish and light it on fire while saying et vocabunt te apon angelus Domini in via usque ad hunc benedicam tibi et dimittam te hanc flammam.
next pour about a cup of more holy oil into the bowl and light it
the final step is to say et aperuerit ostium inter mundi huius mundi ut nova experiance.
