Try to hold the ice cube in your hand for 10 seconds (it's okay if you can't). Say the spell 3x. After saying the spell drink the water

Notes:

• You can choose how you want to freeze and make snow
• Your anger depends on what kind of blizzard it is, if you get really angry like your temper way over the max. Then the blizzard will be bad and probably severe so try to control it
• Khione is the goddess of snow and daughter of the North Wind

Take the ice or snow and kneel onto the ground.
With the ice cupped in your hands close your eyes and channel your energy into the ice while chanting:

"The mighty winds shall blow
Frozen ice called snow
Sheet the ground with white fluff
Stack on top like a puff
(Now open your eyes and raise the ice to the sky while still kneeling)
(Shout:)
This is my will
So note it be."

Chant three times:
"Cerridwen, Cerridwen, goddess of magic,
Give me powers like Elsa from Frozen.
Let me control ice and snow,
But have my powers not cause a commotion.
This is my wish, so mote it be!"

Put the bowl and your choice of candle side by side. Fill the bowl with the corresponding temperature water.

Light the candle, and whisper into it this:

"Mother of the clouds and skies,
Listen to my pleading cries,
And let a change in weather rise.
This is my will so mote it be."

Blow out the candle and scatter the water outside.

So heres a spell to make it rain even harder than before.

Connect with the rain. You must become one with the rain. Combine your energies. Feel the storm pulsing through you. You don't need to be standing in the rain nor does it need to be raining but it should be either about to rain or already raining for it to work.

Chant as many time as you feel is necessary:
"Lightning flash and thunder crash,
Rain hit the ground with a splash."

After that it should begin to rain harder within the next 30 minutes and the spell will last for 5-45 minutes

One the flip side, storm water can be used for cursing, especially if your aim is to make someone feel as if they are "caught in a storm."

Directions

1. Leave a container to gather water outside during a storm.
2. Once you have the desired amount of water, bring it inside.
3. After this, you should strain your water to get rid of any of the larger particles. This can be done with a coffee filter.
4. Put a lid on your jar or container and use as needed.
5. *Optional* If you are going to drink or ingest the water, you will have to boil it to make sure it is safe to ingest.

Tips and Suggestions

- You can put a crystal in the water to charge the water or the crystal.
- You may want to cleanse the water. This can be done in a variety of different ways such as smoke cleansing or saying an incantation over it. Use what works best for you.
- You can charge storm water in other ways to make it more specific for your needs. For instance, you can charge it in moonlight, making "full moon storm water."
- Some places have laws against collecting rain water. Know the laws around you and do at your own risk.

To start of fill the bowl with water.
Distilled water works best but use what you have.
Next make a circle of salt around the bowl.
You can also make any symbols using the salt.
Like a drop of water or a cloud, etc.

Next concentrate on what you want to happen and visualize it happening
Then chant:

"Cum virtute Domini invocabo occidentem pluvia."

Until you feel your spell has enough energy put into it.
