This is really simple and all you need is your imagination. So imagine you are beautiful red-feathered bird. Your feathers are burning but its nice feeling. Now the flames are slowing fading and you are back to your human (naked) form. You absorbed your fire to your physical form. You raised from ashes. Now you are warm. You found your shelter

After you do the spell wave your hand or sing about the wind, if the leaves on the plant blow then the spell worked.

Put out your dominant hand towards the fire. In your mind imagine that the fire is getting smaller. When you breathe in, the fire will get a little bit smaller. This spell only works if your element is fire.
