987 Weather Spells from Spell Casters

Put your candle in your vase or large cup. Write what you wish to accomplish or gain. On another paper write something you want to repel.

Fold the positive paper towards you. Fold the negative paper AWAY from you. Light the candle. Burn 1 paper after another until they are ashes.

If you want, you can have water at the bottom but it has to be there BEFORE you lite the candle. Let the flame burn or candle burn out, Never blow a candle out its disrespectful. Keep your vase somewhere safe and possibly hidden.

Optional: Take the salt and draw a circle around you for protection.

Sit down, light your candle, relax, meditate, focus on your wish for rain.
Image the rainclouds coming your way, feel the rain on your skin, hear the raindrops fall and smell the purity of the cleaned air. Write this down and say it 3 times:

"Rain, Rain hear my cry
Wash the world and wet the dry.
Lovely rain I need you here
Make the heat all disappear."

Dip two fingers into the water and splash a few tiny drops of water onto the paper with your spell. ( Not too much, it needs to burn). Put the paper into your fireproof bowl and burn it until there's nothing left but ashes. Go to a higher place like little hill, a balkony or just open your window. Blow the ashes into the air.

Light the candle and sit behind it. Say this once (you chant it more if it didint work): "Fire, I call upon you to form a ball, I need you to do my bidding, let me control you, this is my wish so mote it be!"

Then move your hands back and forth outside of the candle where the wind wont affect it from you hand you should see it look like its responding to it.

Get matches and light a candle. When it's a full moon, say this chant. "Oh goddess of fire, please grant me fire powers!"

Chant this aloud, in a quiet space with no distractions. It works best in the morning.

"I wish to have powers of ice and snow,
To make the snow fall and make the ice flow.
I wish to be powerful, but only for good."

You will get your powers in a time from one minute to one month. Be patient!

Go to a place with no wind, then concentrate very hard. Feel the wind surging around you, building up with energy until you wish to release it; when you do, chant 2 times: "Wind, wind come to me. Let me control you, move you, obey me as I please, so mote it be".

Afterward the wind will do as obeyed whether it make a pleasant breeze or a violent storm. But remember, this spell takes time to learn. You might want to practice for five minutes every day, and at the most you should have the wind obey you freely as possible by a week or two.

On a decent day go outside and visualize wind blowing really hard. Also channel energies into this spell. Then say: "Wind of north south east and west come out of hiding come to the world all four winds I call to thee. Blow at your worst so mote it be"! Also remember to channel energies into this spell.
