This spell needs concentration and a quiet place, without this you may find it takes longer to work. This spell can be used by anyone.

Start by meditating (although this does not have to be done). Then stare at your light (can be already on)do this for about 20 seconds, make sure you feel a connection (aka you feel as though you can change/manipulate the light). Now say: "ic behéfþ þes léoht æt cierr on/æcyrf, gescéadnes hit nú, hand mec légeléoht swá cíþ hit béon" !

This means :" Ii want this light to turn on/off, do it now, give me light so mote it be!"

Go outside, in open air, and say this:
"East, west, north, south, winds
hear my plea and follow me
crete the winds for me
and I will set you free"

Find a relaxing place and sit in a comfortable position. Light the yellow candle. Chant the following three times, slowly: "Beautiful day, wonderful day. Make this a magnificent day".

Say: "wind blow wind blow wind" and blow until the wind starts blowing. Use a kite to see the change in wind.

Take your wand outside, point it at the sky and repeat the following words ten times: "posvati vieta".

Light a candle and say the following three times: "I call upon the forces of good and evil. Become one and blacken the sky, as dark as night, and rain upon the earth with deadly downpour. I will it, so shall it be".
