First, Light the candle and put it by you on a table. Let it burn for a few minutes. After that, get the peice of paper and pencil. Then write your name in the middle and where you live (You can write these two things big or small it doesnt matter). Fold the paper in half.

Remove it and the water is possessed of healing vibrations which can be used in healing baths, to annoint a healing charm, and so on.
