6 Health Spells from The Dark and Light

Take a medium-sized pan and fill the bottom with water, setting it on high heat. Add the cinnamon, then take the spearmint leaf and coat it with honey. Add the coated leaf in the water and allow it to boil and steam. Turn the stove off and pour the water into a mug. Take the mug around your house counterclockwise so that the steam has a chance to purify and ward off negative energy. When done, allow the water to cool enough to drink; this will help cleanse the house and the host.

Preparation

• Understand that this spell is meant to aid in managing a negative habit, not cure it.
• Ask permission of the host for a strip of cloth from a garment they own (skip if you are the host).
• Make a poppet of desired form and material (not using the cloth strip yet).
• Take a bowl of water and add a dash of salt and the desired number of lemon drops.
• Keep a jar and lighter handy.

Process

Take the strip of cloth and soak it in the water mixture, adding the cleansing energies of salt and lemon to the host's personal energy. Wring out the cloth so it is damp (not dripping or dry) and wrap it around the poppet. As you do so, realize that the salt absorbs the residual energy of the habit and the lemon helps break it down time to time. As this spell is for managing an on-going issue, repeat as necessary, adding more lemon juice drops as you go for build up. As the spell "cooks", leave the poppet in a jar with the lid sealed. Once finished, safely burn the cloth and poppet, then bury the ashes in a place deemed acceptable.

With your three black candles, light them. Place the dirt into the jar, along with the nails,hair(personal item), and image of the person. Write on paper with your pen this:

"This person (full name) time has come, and they will feel fear,confusion, and distaste in everything. Depression will consume and they will feel tired. Sadness will eat at their flesh. It shall happen at the end of the third day, and the cemetery will carry out the deed."

Place the paper in the jar. Close the jar, and chant over it. "(Name of the person) will suffer, and feel tortmented." (x3)

At the end of the first day place the jar in a area that is dark and very covered, away from the sight of people. And on the end of the third day remove the jar and pour it into the dirt into the cemetery.

Light the 3 white Candles. With your jar place the photo of the person you would like to heal or help promote healing into their lives, into the jar. As you do so state their full name.

Place petals, water, rose oil, into the jar as well. Then state: "These objects will bring forth healing, and health.Please make (name) be healthy again. Let he/she have a gift of life once again!"

Place the jar outside a hospital the following day. As you do so state "Let this person (name) come to health."

This verse is taken from the Volsung Saga. From this we get a bit of wisdom. We are to carve victory runes into our weapons. The closest runes to this are Sowilo and Tiwaz. Tiwaz is the rune of legal success, Sowilo represent victory. So start by carving the runes Sowilo and Tiwaz as a bind rune on the spots of the blade that we are told. The center, hilt, and brand. Carve the bind runes in the proper places. Then sit with the weapon and place it upon the Earth. Take your bottle of mead and pour it into the horn. Raise the horn high and say this "Mighty one armed god of War and Honor. Bless this weapon, may it see that I am victorious."

Drink a bit of the mead and wash the blade in the rest of the mead. Say your thanks to the gods and be done with your work.
