I do not trust this HAARP program ( High Frequency Active Auroral Research ) There is multiple conspiracy theories that this device that is used for this program is used by the U.S.A Government to cause changes in ther Weather, Deactivating satellites, and to have mind control over humans ( individually or in groups ).
