This is how the subconscious mind creates dreams: By tuning into the astral dimension during sleep, it can create any scenario it wishes. This is the subconscious mind's way of solving problems and of communicating with the conscious mind. It creates a series of complex thought form scenarios and projects them into the mind stuff of the astral dimension, where they become solid. The conscious mind then lives through and experiences these created scenarios in the Dream State. In a way it's like a movie projector (subconscious mind) projecting onto a movie screen (astral dimension).

Now, I understand some people can AP without even knowing it. So does that mean those dreams that are sooo real and you know you are controling are being projected there?

Because I have one creative and twisted mind and I would feel bad if I subject perfect strangers to such a mess.

It is more along the lines of astral projecting onto subconcious during dreaming, astral is projecting outwads using the subconcious as a doorway. That is why Lucid dreaming can be used to snap into astraal, dreams do link to astral, however for your thoughts to effect the masses is unlikely, unless you are in a full rage, seen some nastry things forms out of hate in dreams.. but you seem like a good enough rockstar;)

I'm trying to refine my AP skills....since they seem to be random. When I try to project I end up getting stuck somewhere with video game vision. Seeing myself, but controling my form from an outside view. If I don't "try" I'm fine.

Being with the masses scares me though. I had a bad experience my first time. I wouldn't want to accidently project something and scare some random person all cause I have a vivid imagination lol
