Sacred Spaces

A sacred space is a place where you feel comfortable. It's YOUR space, containing anything you want to make you feel comfortable for meditation and even ritual and spells. You can make any space a sacred space, so long as it means something to you.

Many times people who meditate will make an area with pillows, maybe a futon...something comfy and all their own and that is their space. You can do the same, or include an alter if you wish.

The space should always remain clear of negative energy, so feel free to smudge the area if you can sense any ickiness around it.

Also, something to ponder...our bodies, are our sacred place.
