CINNAMON

It is used mostly in sweets like caramelled apples but here in Greece we love to add it in a tomato cooked beef with wine it just brings out so much flavour. You see cinnamon is a big part of the cullinary world.

MAGICKAL PROPERTIES

It has many uses.

  1. It is associated with the greek god Apollo and his symbols fire and sun.
  2. It can be used in its incense form to bless things
  3. Healing spells
  4. Love spells is where it is most commonly used in.
  5. Luck and money spells too.
  6. And in many rituals or other practises depending on how the practicioner feels about it.

MAGICK USES IN THE KITCHEN

I will tell you now how i use cinnamon.
First of all i prefer its sticks form or powder. The incense just gives me a headache.

I will now share how i use cinnamon in love issues

I use it while cooking.

Just before i add cinnamon to the food i am making myself focus on wanting to bring positive energy in my love life and Visualise myself and my partner happy.

Then i add the cinnamon slowly in the food while i keep visualising it till the smell fills the room and i let it envelope me then send my desire to the universe and i stop visualising it.

It doesnt end there. Then i eat the food thanking cinnamon for letting me use its energy and it will be best if that food is shared with your patner but even if not its good enough you eat it. Eating it just is the easiest way of absorbing its positive energy.

Also there will be no problem other people eating from the food. They will just get a positive energy bust and really enjoy your food. There is no harm coming from it.

Cinnamon for healing

When i am in pain or dont feel really well and have low energy i put in a small cup some olive oil and powder cinnamon and rub it on the place i am in pain or at my wrists, forehead, throat ,behind the knees and ankles anf focus on cinnamon realeasing its energy on me.

Someone can make cinnamon oil to carry everywhere and not mix powder cinnamon with oil everytime cause well you will need a shower soon after and it cant be used as easily outside in that case.

Cinnamon oil

  1. You get a glass bottle preferably since it helps it last longer and put 3 sticks of cinnamon inside then u cover them with olive oil. (Olive oil is the healthiest and with more uses oil i know so i only use olive oil in everything i make)
  2. You must leave it someplace with sun like a window or a garden for 2 weeks at least. The bottle must be sealed otherwise cinnamons properties will vaporise in the air.
  3. Thats how you make cinnamon oil but in order for its magickal properties to be fully released in the oil you need to go outside and visualise about it.
  4. At sunrise it will be the ideal but any time that the sun shines bright will be perfect since cinnamon is associated with the sun.
  5. Then focus on the sun bringing down its energy through the light in the bottle and help the cinnamon spread its own light in the oil so its properties will be fully released.
  6. That needs to be done for some minutes every day those 2 weeks. Actually it can be left longer or even less if its really sunny outside. Let it there till you feel ok with start using it.

What i do next is take really small bottles like vials that seal well and add oil inside and carry it everywhere around in my purse. In a case i need to feel more sanctuated , or energised or i feel like luck is leaving my side i stop add some drops on my forehead and wrists and focus on feeling better and i really do.

Hope it helps and thanks for reading
