I was wondering... What do you do on these magical and special days? I mean, the kind of rituals needed... is there any type of fasting or spells needed for these? Please reply back. Thanks.

Mabon and Samhain only, or all eight sabbats?

The wheel of the year is always turning, and each sabbat is special and different. Look into it deeper yourself, there isn't enough space here to go into enough detail [plus I'm on my phone and I don't like long posts when I have to use my phone] Mabon is the autumn equinox, it celebrated the second harvest, the first day of fall, and a day of balance between light and dark. Different people follow different deities and different tales of this day, but on this day the goddess is in her crone stage and the god is old, growing weak, for he will soon die. It is a time of thanks however, so on Mabon most pagans have a meal like thanksgiving.

Samhain is October 31, this last day to bring in crops. This is pagan new year, the God dies and the Goddess mourns, the veil between the physical and spirit realm is at its thinnist, man spirits return to visit loved ones, and are welcomed by their living loved ones to a meal and reunion before returning to the other side, hopefully to be reborn.

Yule is basically Christmas, on the winter solstice, the god is reborn, the goddess rests [or dies] for a while. Imbolc is February 1-2 it is a time of balance, many people do dedications, rededications, or cleansings. Ostara is the spring equinox, think Easter. Next is Beltane which is May 1, theLord and Lady wed, and there is a large celebration. Many handfastings are held around this time, and many say its a holiday for young love. Summer equinox is Lammas, when people plant their gardens. Lughnasadh is August 1, first harvest, most have a meal outside made of food from their garden. And we are back to Mabon. Basically, that's the holidays, like I said there are different deities and tales about each holiday, but research it yourself further so you understand and can figure out what to do.
