Hearing a spirit cry

Hey, coven members I thought would share a story that happened to me last night.It was about 2:14am around there and when I was laying down I kept hearing someone or something just cry for help saying "Help Me" "Help me now please" .

My heart dropped when I was hearing these things it sounded like a girl I didn't know what to do because I could only hear her I couldn't see her.What does it mean?Like does someone need help or..?Has this ever happenedto you guys?

You could always ask. "Who needs help?" "Where are you?" "I want to help you", maybe the spirit will indeed comunicate and give you further explanation. If you happen to hear it once more, try doing that, it may help. :)

But when I hear spirits or even see them sometimes it feels like I can move or talk I just freeze mostly because I'mscared.But I would try and give it a shot

Well, go with your instincts, but don't forget your mind. I mean, if you feel it has a bad energy, don't go. If you feel it is good, but it says/act suspicious, be cautious.
