I hope I'm posting this in the right subforum! Anyway, when I cast a circle, everytime I call in an element I get very happy and excited. I was hoping if anyone either had an explanation, the same expierience, or if someone was able to tell me that I'm probably delusional. I know there might be just a mundane answer to this, like I was just excited, but if there isn't, I'd love to know.
You might be reacting to the elemental energies coming into your presence. Some people get giddy when they arrive. Other people want to laugh, others might tingle all over. What you experience sounds pretty normal to me :)

I believe there are multiple factors that could be the reason for these positive sensations when you are casting, as well as implementing elements into your works. This goes for anyone who experiences the same phenomena.
Spiritual Growth:
For one, you are utilizing the Empedocles (earth, water, fire, air) into your magickal practices- these known to root us, bringing us closer to our terrestrial and upmost natural world. Ancient philosophers, magi, seers, scientists, peoples, etc- even the holistics of these fields today suggest that using these elements are the essence of: life, spirituality, energy, and movement. Being such complex beings, humans strive for balance and proportions of such qualities. The implementation of each allows one to grow and integrate spiritually.
Biophilia:
Similarly to what I had just mentioned, this could do with Edward O. Wilson's theory of biophila. It suggests that humans each have an innate tendency to seek connection to all life in the natural world. And multiple studies have shown that while we immerse ourselves in nature, primal admiration begins to kick in. As we secrete modest amounts of hormones such as ghrelin, serotonin, dopamine, endorphins and adrenaline. Positive emotions that relax us and make us feel enticed. Again since elements are to be said the chemical and physical building blocks of life, dealing with them may give us the satisfaction Wilson is suggesting in his hypothesis. Although the elements are not biological or living systems, they still can bring us closer to nature and other environments that stimulate us so.
The Unitary Human/The Human Field:
This explanation is a bit of a stretch and has a lot to do with interpretation of energy. Developed by a nurse, Martha Roger's, The Science of Unitary Human Beings (Rogerian Theory), is a collection of derived thoughts on the human body and that energy fields are inside of us. While humans may endure a spiritual experience, they are also undergoing the human experience. And that living energy, energy fields, are at a constant within, keeping what alludes to be "spirit" alive. There have been many in the field of social science and cultural philosophy who have presented this idea to be an open system. Roger's says: " the energy is constitute fundamental units of the living and the inanimate". Since your body is a unified field of flowing energy, this could constitute for your reaction(s). Elements being energy- they could have impact to what Roger is suggesting.
Each of these, besides your pre-existing emotions could create a shift in emotional stimulus. Many practioners take pride in their work, and successfully carrying out their canon of spiritual and magickal toils is a really nice feeling.
