Unbinding a curse

What is needed, an unbroken seven fold knot, in consecrated with a drop of your own blood. Each segment of the knot represents a part of the body mind and soul. The northern appointed segment represents the mind, logic and wit. If you believe that your mind is cursed, dip that segment in dew collected from an oak leaf. The north eastern segment represents war, the fist and conflict, if you believe that this is where you are cursed, coat in the ashes of Ash wood, then soak in a natural stream found closest to the wood you used. The south eastern segment is linked to monetary gains and loss, risk and reward, if you believe your curse lies here, wrap a Rowan leaf around that segment of the knot for 7 days 7 nights 7 hours 7 minutes and 7 seconds(no I don't want seven minute abs from something about Mary) then burn the leaf. The north western segment is linked to the elm, defenses and protections. If you are cursed in this regard hang the knot from a strong branch of an elm tree for the duration of a lunar cycle, then sleep with the knot over your heart for one night. The south western segment represents disease and health, if you believe yourself cursed(not infected, cursed) with poor health and disease, collect yew berries on a new moon, crush them and soak the segment in their juices, then hang over your bed as you sleep.
The southern segment represents lust coupling, childbirth and new life, if you believe yourself cursed in this way, cut a twig from a birch tree and twine it through the southern segment, leave the branch in until positive conception.
The center segment represents the heart, family, loved ones, if this is where your curse lies twine mistletoe through all seven segments, then burn the knot in consecrated fire.
