Ive done a healing energy transfer to soneone who really needed it and they, along with medications are doing well. However, I recently noticed a flux in types of energies surrounding me. Mostly negative. Did the negative energies from the person I sent the positive healing go to me?
Well, it wasn't suppose to happen. Maybe someone attempted to use magick to sabotage your ritual? Although, the actual meaning of a transfer is to give away something to someone else. That "someone else" will then be the owner of that "something". A healing energy transfer would therefore, transfer your positive healing energies to that person. You are taking something of yours and giving it away to someone else. This, I think left a kind of energetic void which has now been filled by negative energy. I think a strong cleansing ritual should be done first, and then you should try grounding to pull in the positive energy of the Earth into you to fill the energetic void left behind by the negative energy that has been cleansed away. If gentle cleansing doesn't work, consider banishment instead. I hope I helped you with your situation. Remember everyone, cleanse and ground always after completing any magickal working. It could mean the difference between a terrible life and a good one.
Thank you for responding moonfury. I did a energy cleanse earlier, and while im tired from the draining during the ritual the negativity is is gone. As for that other question, i only personally know one other person in my life that does magic but she dosent do darker magic.
Here is a pro-tip when it comes to energy working, especially with healing;
Be the pipe that connects the ocean to the land. Not the oasis tryingng to feed the desert.
In other words, reach outward and connect with positive and healing energies from another source, and channel it through. Do not push out your own personal energy. Not only is it draining to do so, but it can be counter-productive as you may push your own issues and baggage through with the energy. By contrast, channeling the energy allows the healer to be invigorated and recharged along with the 'patient' (for lack of a better term).
Bonus tip, when moving energy it often flows in two directions at once. While projecting energy outward, you are also drawing energy inward. This usually means drawing up the negative or 'harmed' energy while you are providing healing. (Even more so when using your own energy because what you push out leaves a negative/empty space that wants to suck energy back up) Be mindful of grounding away the energy of the injury while you work. One technique is to give your hands an occasional firm shake towards the ground- as if throwing water drops off your hands. As you do, visualize the unwanted energy being thrown off to fall to the ground.
