I am not quite sure what you are asking in this post. I am guessing that you are wondering if the bird attraction product is some form of magic, or if this attractant could be used in magic?

If I am guessing correctly, the attractant is not a magical substance. Though it is born from research and observation it appears to be an engineered bird food which is designed to have a strong smell which Crows would find appealing. So they would smell it on the wind and want to find the source because it tells them there is food to be found.

As for using such a product, I would advise using caution as it seems to be getting marketed towards hunting and trapping. Which hints at it being aimed towards people who intend to trap and kill rather than to attract and observe. So you would want to carefully check the ingredients to be sure they are not carelessly harmful.

Personally, if the product was safe and non-harmful I am still not be sure how it could be used in magic, at least when it comes to working spells. Crows are interesting and intelligent animals that many people feel a connection with, some even call on crow for guidance, inspiration, and various forms of wisdom. So I suppose if you have an appreciation for their presence you could use this bait to attract some new friends to your new home. Treat them kindly and they might even hang around and keep you company or provide some magical companionship.
