I haven been learning from Modern Magick for a while
Its not my path but I did turn some stuff into daily work for me such as the lesser banishing.. The tree of life is not my thing
I do the middle pillar at times and I am starting evoctions
Its very old wisdom for what ever it's worth...I view it as one of the best paths for white ligthers..All paths are the same in the sense its great to take what ever works for you and use it even its its not your main path.Great tarot works too.

But I still don't understand how to use the tree of life to my benefit,How to we make use of this system and my it Apply to us?

The tree of life is a glyph (or potential glyph) of the universe and the constitution of the interior world/psyche. It is a symbol whereby we can map out the various levels of consciousness and reality and a symbol set which allows us to subconsciously integrate these things and provide our own minds a language with which to communicate with us.

It is a map which is partially drawn and waiting to be laid down by each individual person who studies hermetic qabalah.

So if I feel I am lacking in a quality how do I move around the spheres as means of tapping into other feeling and emotional qualities?

There are different methods, astral projection for the purpose of self knowledge, pathwalking, rising on the planes gradually, ritual and invocation etc.

The list could go on and on. In terms of emotional and psychological qualities my preference would be ritual as well as astral work prior to this which brings knowledge in on what exactly could and should be done.
