That depends on your definition of nature, I mean I hate being in cities and I avoid them like the plague, but for example are farms natural? Personally I dont think they are particularly and I prefer forests, mountains and open plains although I dont have anything against farms I just dont like the way all the sheep are kept in one field, I know that its practical and necessary which is why I dont object to them but I normally walk through marshes, forests over hills and along rivers rather than over fields as much as possible, and I walk a lot lol

sounds like you are attuning to your inner higher self, because nature such as trees have amazing auras if you look enough they spread their auras out and around them and as you walk past them such as woods/forests you walk amongst them.

If you wish to ground yourself got to an old wise tree talk to them touch them and like the trees ground yourself amongst them imagine your feet turn into roots and dig your roots down into the ground there and that is how you easily ground yourself and at that time that is when you become grounded and connected.

Once you are grounded and connected then you become connected to the rest of nature around you; such as the flowers, the grass the birds even down to the ants, you may not always see them but you sense and feel them and seeing all of natures presence around you!
