i've only seen 2 human spirits in my life, one was a 6th cousin of mine who died many years before i was born. she use to sit in a chair in the corner of my cousins' house, the other was Rori, but only once, he appeared and disappeared so quickly i doubt i even really saw him. normally, i'll sense something in the room, not like i'm being watch [though that can happen] just a feeling there's someone else. or i might see an orb out of the corner of my eye. i can never look directly at it, because i can't see it when i do. if it's purple, it tends to be faeries, white is spirits. after my cat died, i could sense him at night jumping onto my bed and curling up in his usual spot. i use to wake up in the morning and there's be an indent like something was sleeping there, but i never saw him.
my point is, you may not see spirits, as much as sense spirits. the third eye helps with clairvoyance, though i don't know if it's the only factor, i've never really looked into it because i've never had much of a need. there are incense and teas that can help, you could look into that.
it depends on the spirit if it wants to be seen by you or not.. third eye is not actually the one that gives you astral visions to see the entities of the astral plane but rather the third eye is your intuition, how you look at the world and others.. try studying chakras to know further about third eye..
i personally see glances of spirits at time (more often with my peripheral vision) but more often i just hear them and feel them.. i also see and even talk to them in dreams.. i see them if i summon them..
oh yes my friend other wise i dont use my third eye i can see them with my glasses off or on yes a blue light floating in the air near my room and dark ones too i stay away from them blue orbs i just like to talk to him
I am sure there are other ways and methods that you can see spirits, like iscorpio i can see spirits in my minds eye, And i can feel their presence when they are around. Some people can saee them psychical eye, some can only see them in there minds eye. But the third eye is related to the psychic chakra and is what gives you the ability to see and feel spiritual enegry. But practicing meditation daily and balancing your chakras will help you be more sensative to spirits.
I not only see spirits, I hear conversations, though I can't pick out the words. They carry on like I'm not even there.lol Some visit me during certain times of the year. My place gets very crowded at times. But they don't bother me, except waking me with their loud voices. I just ask them to quiet down to let me sleep. Most of the time that works.
In a way I do see spirits with my physical eyes, but full bodied figures I sometimes see in my third eye/mind's eye, and visions as well. I also hear and sense them.. My sensitivity just came out.. I dont really know how it developed.. Probably by becoming aware and educated.
@ WhyteWynde i know what you mean. in my old house at night there were two spirits that would chatter on keeping me awake. i could never make out what they were saying, it was two loud whispers in different pitches. i could make out one word from each of them each time they spoke. Rori never spoke in full sentences, usually one word, not in a scream, but it was very loud. they may sound odd, anyone watch The Prince of Egypt? you know when the burning bush speaks there's this sound like someone exhaling for a second before he speaks? Rori does that, there's this sound, then a loud word then that's it for some time. it's odd because i've spoken with spirits before, and i've never talked to one who sounds like him. i do kind of miss the two chattering on sometimes.
We'll, regardless in what another would describe or give reason to such descriptions of seeing things, what is seeing without believing? Yet to believe, belief in itself must prevail through a storm in oder to come true. From the mind and of the mind. I too, do see black and white orbs of separate colors. They buzz around. Someof are visible for seconds all the while some are for at a minutes time. Some have shape that of a human, and some are like colors of like with something like a shape of a star. I have seen many different spiritual life forms. So, what I can really say, is that I do see things, but on what level of description, I do not know, and it is evident that these orbs and spirits are mentioned much. Where I think many fail to realize such things to be actual and true, is that there is a lack of understanding, both in capacity and in depth, as to possibly why such things lurk around, not all are on the same page. Well if salt symbolizes substance then the light could correlate to spirits. I am full of light, but of what color, is the essence portrayed. I am no Van Helson. If my heart were ti make a statement, it would be that my eyes are opening up to what I believe and those thiñgs that I believe are then revealed, and it is because in a sense I work or have some sort of belonging with those things that I am seeing. We are congruent and the fruits of this ability or sense is of a spiritually mutual one. I believe so I understand.
I would say that infact the 3rd eye is what allows one to see/hear/smell/sense/ etc astrally. And that to actauly see( or sense a spirit) the 3rd eye must be used.
That is what I am talking about. See I am not crazy. "Who wants ti be a millionaire?" It is the third eye, and at times I can feel pressure on my third eye. When I am psychically feeding I do feel a pressure on my third eye and that is where I draw in the energy. At various times of the day, or whenever, I feel pressure on my third eye, like when I am not feeding, but I feel like I am more keen on my surroundings and that it is mu third eye blocking off other energies or repelling energies. In a nut shell, I see orbs everyday of my life. I haven't seen the white orbs for the longest time. I don't know why. "Who wants to be a millionaire?" :)
