I'd say it is immoral to use one, and magic will never make someone do or feel something they wouldn't do on their own. Spells can mKe people reveal emotions and feelings that are there but won't create love or infatuation.

Every spell that is not associated to fluffy buisness or fantasy has the potential to work and let you get your desire.
The love spells section is not associated to fluff or fantasy (unless something not ordinary is included in the spell), thus - most of the ordinary love spells have the potential to wrok properly.
But one thing that everybody has to remember is that even if a spell is logical and associated with real magical practices, it still has to be casted properly and correctly (with a specific level of experience and knowledge about the basics). Please keep that in mind.
This fact is exacly why i said that the spell has only some potential to work. If not done properly and correctly, the potential will get lower and lower. The same rule is connected to every action you take during living your life.
Many things are real and have the potential to work, but they must be done properly and correctly to 100% work.
So your best answer will be : Love spells are real and work if done properly and correctly.
As for the people who say that love spells are immoral, this is only a personal opinion. Though, it is really not recommended to force someone to love you and go against their free will.
But please remember : there are two types of love spells:
Force love of a specific person
Attract love
You may choose to attract love / a lover and this will not be considered as going against someone's free will.
I had to point this out since not everyone seems to categorize the two types of the love spells section, and understand that there are two types of love spells. Keep that in mind, everyone.
I would say nothing is impossible, only if you believe is impossible.
But is true never put a love spell on someone, that person will never love you, remember he/she will be under your spell.
To, MagickalAid, you are so correct they work if is done properly. When I hear it did not work is because it was not properly done.

I'm all for the type that attracts love. The other type that forces your crush to be with you may work, but it can't force them to love you, be happy or have a healthy relationship. It's just not worth it in my opinion.
My first attempt in magic was love spells, i lost my ex-lover because of stupid reasons, she decided for us to part, and i wasn't enough smart to deal with the situation, so i made her mad at me because i wanted to see her and she didn't
i was terribly sad about it, and i lost all hope , i thought that maybe she is just a little bit confused, and don't understand love.
I decided to cast love spells, and many of them, one needs to work...
and i don't know if it actually worked, i can say this:
yesturday and the day before, we met, and had a conversation, awsome conversation :) we kissed and she gave me a beutiful strong hug and i felt the love and fear... of love
i know she fears to fall inlove, we are in progress now :) i know that what i did is right for her because she has a problem with self confidence and this is the only thing that made me belive that magic is good sometimes .
I did a gypsy ritual, candle spells with orange candle, red, pink, unannoited, then with oils, paper burnings, love puppet, binding spell, what ever that exist that is not so hard to make :)
I didn't trust myself at first, I tried what ever i can make, I know that it won't backfire, I didn't care... anyway
but now she decided to tell me what really happend when she got mad at me, and that she doesn't hate me at all, she never did, and she told me she has problems, so now i'm glad to know that, and I told her it will be diffrent now, and that i don't hate her too, I do love her so much, and I care.
I actually don't know if the results are from the love spells, but it gave me hope because I was very upset and obbsessed with her when she left me, I realised that there isn't anything i can do after we broke up, now we meet and everything is going very well.
