Luck spells are a dime a dozen. I suggest using a chant while creating a good luck talisman out of an item or symbol already associated with good luck such as a rabbit's foot, four leaf clover, horse shoe, etc. While chanting you can burn good luck drawing incense or oils and also anoint the talisman with the good luck drawing oil. You may also want to charge the item with other energies such as from stones or crystals. This type of item will also need recharged at times. You can do this by leaving the item on an altar or next to other items associated with good luck.
A real easy one is to boil water.
Put blue vervain into a dish and add the boiling water.
Take it to the bath room.
Run a bath and let the water cool.
Bathe as you continue to let the vervain water cool.
When the water is cool enough for comfort pour it over your body head to toe.
Get out of your bath and air dry.
Almost every time I have used this I have had a good luck thing happen which was anywhere from slightly to very much extraordinary.

I do not know. It is easy enough to boil water. I did tweek it a little.
I put water in a coffee maker.
The coffee maker does not boil the water exactly, but it heats it very hot.
Kind of waters down the spell though.
Why don't you want to heat the water?
The spell was given using boiling water.
If you just put vervain in bath, you may want to use it for more than one time.
Like for 3,5,7 or nine days consecutive, to look for your results.
Never tried it that way, and it makes sense though too.
Boil the water a little ahead of time and you may see results that day.
The warm to hot water of a bath can be enough to steep herbs such as Vervain in. It is common to add herbs to a hot bath. The herbs just take longer to steep than if placed in boiling water for a few minutes. Adding the herbs will still add the same aspects to the spell they are just administered differently. Making a separate Vervain potion and pouring it over you after the bath has cleansed you casts the good luck aspect to the spell. Adding it to the bath water also addes the same energies however this time the you sit in the potion as it steeps. Either aproch will work, however you may get better results from one of the other.
I just know the recipe for the spell indicated that the water should be boiled first.
As I said I put the water through a coffee maker.
The water could be boiled some time before the bath for it to cool sufficiently.
Or you could linger in the bath to give the water time to cool.
I think hot water pulls the essence of the herb into it more adequately than just the water.
You may want to try it with and without boiling the water to see which you prefer.
I still say, if skipping the one step of boiling, you might want to do the spell for more days to build or layer the luck over a period of time.
