Hair length: magick cannot create drastic physical change. Perhaps blushing your hair while visualizing your desired outcome might speed the process a bit, but magick cannot make your hair grow a foot in a night.
Hair colour: again, physical change by magick won't work because magick effects energy. If a spell calls for lemon juice to be put into your hair, then yes, but only because the lemon juice lightened your hair. Also, no one is born with pink, purple or other anime hair colours so magick can't change your hair green.
Teeth whitening: brush your teeth with baking soda twice a week. No magick will whiten your teeth.
Acne cleansing: off the top my head I can't recall ance effecting herbs but a healthy diet and a daily skin care routine can reduce acne. Genetics however play a big roll. Magickally, again, no physical change.
Eye colour: contacts. No physical change by magick.
I recently looked into binaural beats. I never tried them, but some people who tried it said it worked(Don't know if they are lies or what not). You can find them on youtube. Apparently, they work for physical changes such as: Eye colour, hair growth, pimple treatments, etc. If interested, google it.
That's why people must research on what they are about to embark on. There could be consequences. From what I've read, it could take months of listening to one of those to get what one desires. More effective if listening to one of those at a time, not multiple.
you could try a attraction spell of sorts to make people see you the way you want them to, its what i do when u go oat clubbing i am not a good dancer but dos not matter cause i do kind of a reverse attraction spell so people would not notice that

Moving forward, you as a human being, can't change your eye color, skin color, hair length, ect. You can't do that, it's a precise false thought. The first thing in magic, is to establish a secure reality and belief of the difference in fluff, and reality.
If we could have spells like this that, worked. I would be a girl with rosy pink cheeks, wavy crimped long hair, pink lips, fair skin, and dirty blond hair. Every man's, or young boys dream!
I'm going to skip out on everything others have said, but I do want to mention this; if you think glamor spells are things that cause physical illusion or actually physically change you, do you don't understand what a glamor actually is.
Glamor is a legitimate practice, but it's more about perception by creating certain situations, much like other types of spells or magical practices are. You use the subtle plane to influence your desires in the physical plane.
For example, if you wanted to influence how people view you magically, you can do that with a glamor. You still have to keep in mind that the laws of physics still take place because we are rooted in consciousness within the physical plane. If I wanted people to back off, I'd create an atmosphere of "back off". If I wanted to appear more enticing, my aura or otherwise subtle body would have more of an appealing effect.
Just as with any other magical working, it is often advised to follow it up with mundane efforts.
