Hm I think that the the christian god and wiccan god and pretty much every religions god/goddess is one and the same but for some people to even come close to the idea that their god isnt made just for them is kinda hoping for a lot out of nothing. It pretty much is all about how we worship them that makes everyone go into different little groups instead of being a whole unity. My beliefs are all in all, and none. It sounds very contradicting for some to view my way of thinking but I choose and pick what I want to believe.

I think Christianity and Wiccanism are very similar,
though Wiccanism is a bit truer to natural roots.

For instance,
zero-mother or the Goddess is Holy Ghost,
ever-father or the God is the Lord God,
we children or witch is Jesus.

magic in Christianity is called prayer.
spirit-guides are called guardian angels.

Instead of the 8 sabbats,
they have their christianofied celebrations.

Ok so This whole debate. i wish christians and wiccans would get along, but it seems impossible.

1. Wicca came before Christianity. If u know ur wiccan symbols, u know we have the three hares, the lunar goddess symbol, and the triquetra. What do they have in common? #3.

2. Since wicca came before christians, they stole our triquetra and made the trinity. (Father, Son, Holy SPIRIT)

3. Three words: Salem Witch Trials.

4. Some christians believe wicca is satanic. that we worship the devil. we don't.

this is why christians and wiccans don't get along.

Christians believe that Jesus was the son of God (God made man). Witches do not! There are a great many different religions in the World, but only Christians believe that Jesus is "God the son".
That is it! Christians can (and do) practise magic, as do all religions in one form or another. It is only the belief in "the son of God" that separates Christianity from all other religions.

Sorry, legendary, but it is not true. Not only Jewish, but every religion, other than the Christian, do not believe Jesus was God. Muslims,Hindus,Sikhs, Taoists,Shinto; and many, many others.

eclecectic means you make up your own belifs from other relgions i guess that would be the easist way to explain it

it means making up your own relgion i guess
a collection of personal belifes a relgion but doesnt have set rules you make up what you believe in and do

sorry if this post is confusing
