That is closed minded thinking.. ^_^ to think an object can save you is not rational. To think an object can protect you is understandable. To save and protect are two different words with a complete different meaning. As any other protection, the possibility to fail is there, but the possibility to work as well. There should always be a back up plan, if possible cover the whole abc plus numbers.. ^_^. If an object worked in the past, faith on it will rise (just like anything else that succeeds) but if it fails, the mean the object was not for the situation and if it was used in the same situation in the past, then the circumstances are different. As numerologist will say, even if an event looks similar is not the same, every event is unique... because there is more to it. But, the object will be doubted after the point, but will be there because it worked other times. Once you get to this point you will understand, that to be dependable of an object is ok, but cannot be reliable all the time as we are speaking of the bible. The bible can change lives but cannot save them.. an object is use by humans, therefore the human has to save the person, just like a sword or a gun does not kill but a person does. ^_^ Objects that can be use to protect, but can backfire. The Bible has being use for many years, and hardly has any bad feedback of failing.. as for personal experience, the bible has many content that can be use for protection and it is widely use for those who exercise exorcism, but take in count.. it is the person and the object is an extra hand.
Me? Close minded? Nah, not really...but I don't think people should need an object that they think will help. I don't think people should be so quick to assume everything is "bad" and "out to hurt me" or "evil" also. I do believe you get what you give and letting sleeping dogs lie.

O_O As backing up my point.. if a person has a sword and attacks you.. back to the original topic..or at least I think it is...you say you are about to move to a place that has so much activity that people without a third eye can see it.I never new that was a qualification for seeing the supernatural.If you are as you say an intermediate in Magick(*looks to see what an intermediate in magick is*)and you have mastered Invocation,,binding ,and protection spells..My first questions is..#1 Why are you still considering moving to a place where you admit ,there are forces beyond your control?
#2 Have you tried the methods you say youve mastered to see if they work?
#3 If you have and they failed,with your knowledge as an intermediate(*still looking for definition*)why havent you apealed to your own Religion/god/goddess for help in ridding the place of what troubles you?
#4 what makes you think you are qualified to perform an exorcisim with ant ritual given to you ,and why do you think it would work if the other methods have failed?
In my opinion and this is just mine,,I think you should not move to the place ,,or wait untill youve past the Intermediate(*gave up on definition*)stage in your practice to try to remove what ever it is
