Deep Meditaton

Well I am just wandering if any one goes into deep meditaon often? I had my deepist meditaton last night(I tellaported no joke but from the foot of the bed to the end) So know whare do often meditat. my bed that is whare I meditat. Siting or lieing down. Me siting. Your turn
