I have this person who tells me he is some sort of god of different dimensions. I don't like being mean but it annoys me when I know someone is faking and being ignorant to Wicca. I am also a teen but I am new to Wicca and understand i should be respectful.
how do I get rid of him without hurting his feelings?
thank you and blessed be
darling this is the internet don't take it personal, see it this way, if they have to go out of their way to blaze this over the net then they obviously have no life. You nor the admin can control what comes out of people's mouths nor do we need to. Just let fools be

If this man is a "personal" contact, merely say " I'm sorry but I don't believe you." If this contact is on this site, or any other, just block the messages.
If they truely believe that they are whatever they claim to be then a truth spell wont work. But usually I just tell them to give me a description of how they came to be and how they came to their conclusion, tell them my truthful opinion and if they do not realize that what they are saying is ridiculous without proof then I say "Whatever, say what you want but please leave me alone."
I won't say that there aren't those out there who posses something unique or different. There are, of course, always exceptions to the rules. However, there are steps you can take to determine one's credibility.
1) Is there any background information that connects what the person says to be to what they say out loud or in public places like the forum. I.E. if their bio is one filled with a long narrative about their life struggling with being an alien.. you can assume it is false. If, by chance, they were an alien, they would keep this to themselves and probably wouldnt be on this site.
2) Is the person easily offended by the topic of what they claim to be? For instance, most role players who claim to be demons will not know anything about the true demonology and will post many things either hinting at what they are or arguing against others about the subject. Their ignorance tends to be outlined by a thick cloud of what I call'internet-anger'.
3) Is there any proof as to what the person claims? Sometimes seeing isnt believing- but if you aren't sure, this is the most obvious step. If the person claims to be something they should be able to back up the claim.
