We have countless spells which say they can turn you in to a werewolves, vampires, demons, angels and mermaids.
obviously these spells are the contribution from peoples who role play and don't have any knowledge of what so ever they are talking about on subject like these.
every day huge amount of new members get registered at spellsofmagic and few of these members are under age, some of them have already been fascinated by twilight and seek spells such as how to become or turn them selves in to mermaid ,vampires, werewolves or in to demons
Take a look on these links we don't need to have these spells its so embarrassing
we need to get rid of all these spells so that kids and newbies don't get confused or seek stuff on such topics like that all these spells are worth nothing and in the end approve a message how to become a role player.

lol, wow some of those, just, wow. two quick questions, for the werewolf spell, why can you substitute chalk for blood? and why would it be dangerous to cast a werewolf spell during the day? werewolves aren't killed by sunlight. i'm not sure what to say, there's nothing that can be done by stopping people coming here for misguided reasons, i use to explain why, but sometimes i'm too tired to argue, so i sit back and watch them make a fool of themselves. that's my new outlook on life anyway.

I agree these types of spells can be aggravating and often frustrating to those who take these matters seriously. Often they are written by role-players or misinformed individuals and often they are read by the same type. When people post in the forums asking if those types of spells are real we are quick to say "use common sense" etc. But if they had, they would not have asked. Some people are deeply rooted in what we deem fluff and that will never change.
However, at the same time, those spells do draw in a flux of new members who become curious about how things work. I've known several people who started off wrong but eventually turned on the right path. This gives us a teaching opportunity, and a chance to inform those potential members of the right path(s).
I do think that some things should be altered. There should be something like a classification deeming them "fantasy magick" so that anyone looking at them will know what they truly are at face value. The rating system is not always reliable, so putting them under a different group would make more sense to me. In this way we are not limiting the spells or information people add to the site.
I am a roleplayer, but I do not search or create werewolve or vampire spells. So, it's not really "roleplayers" that post these silly spells, but youth. I would guess between the age of 11-16. This is period where the imagination is at its fullest. Look at the "Teens" section of a bookstore, and all of those books are about fantasy, romance, ect.
In any case, the site needs to have a few individuals who can remove these sort of spells. Maybe then fewer people would misinterprete what it means to be a Pagan/Wiccan and practice magic.

Most members on this site are children, and they imagine all sorts of fantastic things. But a few, a very few, really want to learn, and that's why I stay on this site. But even of the ones who seriously ask for help, a few will jump down my throat for telling them what magic really is, and what a spell really is.
The site for adults is Divine Spirits. That's where the real stuff is.
I thought why dont cha I give a one more chance to this thread lol , because still I see newbies ask for spells who could trun them in to werewloves, vampyres, demons or mermaid
we need to get rid of all these spells so that kids and newbies don't get confused or seek stuff like that .
