hey guys, I have been getting around the magickal forums lately and I came upon an article on dangerous words to say. Can we please discuss about this so I may know how to avoid it, What are some of the most dangerous magickal words that should never be spoken or serious consequences should befall unto whoever utters the accursed words.
Words are given power purely by your belief in them. There aren't really any genuinely dangerous words out there, it's the emotions and the belief that lend them its strength not the letters themselves.
That is true, but I am asking for dangerous incantations. A specific latin translation? Ancient Cthulhu words maybe? or maybe a sacred dialect?
I know the words are the representations of the thought, and it is our thought that creates the mental effect, but there are things that are "not us" like saying specific words may anger them. Something like that if you understand.
from what I've gathered from your posts, it almost seems as if you think the spirits have "their word" that they don't like other people using, like most african american's don't like white people using the "n" word because its "their word". While just kind of sad in people, I find it rather doubtful spirits would concern themselves with something as petty and insignificant as which humans are saying what words. Sorry if anyone finds my example racist, I tried as hard as I could to make it not so.
i don't know about sazaz, sazaz, andatsan sazaz but i do know of "zazas, zazas, nasatanada, zazas".. luciferians do use this incantations to open up the gates of hell (symbolism)-->>in opening up a ritual for demonic workings and calling forth the adversarial powers.. this was the very words that were uttered by cain when he opens the gates of hell (book of enoch)..
hhmm.. i don't know, for me words means nothing if you don't apply the correct formula for that specific spell (energy raising, intentions, etc)
I believe Yakov has the right idea here. Words are just combined sounds with fixed meanings to help communicate, nothing more in truth. However in many belief systems there are words that adherents would avoid depending on their meaning or value.
A common one is "God", yep the Christian deity. There's a rule not to use the lord's name in vane, and in some forms of Christianity using the word "God" period is prohibited except in certain situations. They'd then use some kind of phrase or abbreviation for it like "G-D".
Deities' names I'd have to say is the most common reason people won't say certain words. It could bring bad luck, it could be seen as false invocation, could be taken offensively, etc...
Words have no meaning but sounds do so the idea of words that are dangerous makes sense however belief and intention can over power the power of sound. Example: (I hate to say it but it is true) the sound "Ohm" has a relaxing effect on almost everyone however a friend of mine had super hippie parents and he always found their meditation sessions creepy when he was a kid so whenever he hears ohm chanting he gets anxious (much to the chagrin of his yoga teacher wife to be). Proof that internal processes can override most anything if they have enough emotional response or belief behind them. This further proves the Chaos magic(k) theory of belief equals success.
