My daily schedule usually consists of thanking the Goddess for the food I eat and for any happiness that is granted. It's not very complicated, but my family doesn't know I study the craft so I can't do a whole lot.

I say Resh every 6 hours, which is a Thelemic Sun adoration.

Many Thelemites will follow Resh with a Sun adoration in Liber AL vel Legis, and I am one of them.

I also say Will before meals (sort of like saying Thelemic grace).

I don't always get the chance or have the physical health (or, due to currently moving, the physical space even), but I try to begin and end my day with the LBRP, and in the mornings I aim to do around 20-40 minutes of Hatha yoga in circle, and usually some other ritual or working.

I also say the Gayatri mantra upon first seeing the moon.

every time when i wake up i always do the ten Tibetan breaths yoga and after that i do meditate with the "OHM MANE PAD ME HUM" mantra and some chakra works.. if i am going outside, i always draw CHO-KU-REI (reiki symbol) in four directions of my body as a shield..

if i am going to do some summoning rituals, i have three weeks preparation before the said ritual so that i can study the spirit that i am going to summon and also let me commune to my self..

namaste.. ;)

When i first got into it 3 years ago, i studied and researched hardcore for about a year. This caused 'spiritual blowout' where i just got overwhelmed and stoped for a week. Ever sense then im making sure i dont go overboard. I read a chapter or two every day in a witchcraft book and browse the articles on SoM.

On average: When I wake up, I set aside roughly an hour- an hour and a half to do meditation then runic yoga.

During the day/early morning I make fresh offerings to the deities whom I have built altars for. And I saw a small prayer for the same handful of deities. On certain days I like to make a bigger offering or do something special for a particular deity. (For instance, on Thursday/Thorsday I make it a point to include Thor in my morning prayer, even though he is not a deity I frequently work with).

Normally most evenings I have an hour-two hours dedicated to taking care of my altars, starting a ritual fire and doing some sort of ritual (whether small or large, devotional or otherwise).

If I am capable and have the time, I do my more serious workings after this. Sometimes this involves channeling, berserking, pathwalking, or divining for some purposes. This is generally an every-other-day type of thing for me, as I rest inbetween.

Before I sleep, I set aside another hour or so to do runic yoga, then meditation.
