Help with Gnostic Amulet

I have had this amulet for quite some time now, after actually finding it, literally, on one of my travels. I always wear it on my wrist and have not taken it off since. I have just found out though what it really was, and was very excited to know that I finally had my very own magic amulet. I have done as much research as I can on the amulet, but because of my little experience, and I being a bit new, I am unsure what I should do with the amulet, what I can do with the amulet, and how I can do such things with the amulet. So please, any more information will be very appreciated.

So what does it realy change if you know that its a amulet, but not to be a downer but looking mystic and having magic signs one something doesn't make it a amulet, so if you mean by found aot that it is a amulet that it hapens to mach one it doesn't make it one, charging it with "programmed" so to speak energy makes something a amulet, and realy what things cant you do with a amulet, amulets dont work on a phyzical level, but just redirect energy
