need help

How do I move things with my mind?
I need a full description of what I need to be doing mentally and physically plus I need to know how to bring up energy and to channel it to different parts of my body.

You can't move things with your mind because for physical effect to occur, there needs to be physical energy present and scientific laws to keep in mind. Basically, anything you can't do with science on the physical plane can't be done by Magick.

You see, Magick or any spiritual practice, when effecting the physical plane, acts more as aid or something to make a path for will to manifest. You also have to keep in mind that your will is one of many, including nature.
