moving

I have been waiting for an apt through the government for four months. i was apporved at the end of aug and was told that i could move in by the second week in sept. i have called the past towe weeks and have chanted and lit candles to try to get these people to speed up the progress. i need this apt bc i am going to school and need something with lower rent. can you help me with a spell to get this done faster so my children and i can have a safe and secure place soon. let me know what i need to do if anyone would like to put any energy towrds this it would help me greatly what kind of spell do i need ?
