Strange continuous dreams

For the past several nights, I've been having strange dreams of people I used to be close with before they hurt me. For example, last night I had a very vivid dream about the man who raped* me. We were friends again, and we both acted like it never happened. The dream brought a lot of negative energy to me, and now I can't stop thinking about that whole situation. I envy the way we acted in the dream, like everything was fine.

Does anyone who has experience in deciphering dreams have any advice for me? Is there a way to stop these dreams? Am I just working through some past truama? I've done a couple relaxation spells and I've meditated today to try to help.

I totally understand what you're going through. Sometimes when a person thinks about you for such a long time you start to dream about them because their energyis finding yours.

I had a dream about someone from my past who was very toxic and gave myself a reading and my cards basically told me that they were thinking about me and I need to basicallynot let them in my life but to talk with them and only them with I have victory something along those lines. I'm still trying to get a better understanding of what the cards have told me but this is just my own personal experience with having a bad person from my past in my dreams.

However, I think having a person who did something like that in your dreams can mean that you're feeling very powerless and that person is affecting your well-being. So, I guess ever sincethat happen you really just haven't moved on and the move you start to think about it the more powerless you will start to feel.You just really have to try and move on and I know it's easier said than done.I do hope this man doesn't appear within your dreams and you forget about that awful experience.
