Is there a spell that we can able to read people's past? aside from tarot reading? I've got this friend of mine who is desperately to know how many women did her boyfriend slept with and she wants to know what other secretive ways she can do because I've tried in palm reading but it's not being specified, it's just hints

A spell will not give you such answers. Divination might, but at best it will give you a speculative answer.

That said, why doesn't she just ask him, firstly? Secondly, why does it even matter? I'm not actually asking for an answer. I'm asking hypothetically.
