I have a house guest.. this person was only supposed to stay with me until they find a job. They are eating me out of house and home. And Refuse to get a job . They are not even trying to.. is there a spell I can cast on them to Stop being Lazy and get a dam work ethic?
Try a banishing spell. Write their name on a piece of black paper, preferably with black ink pens. It doesn't matter if you can't see it, the name has to be full and there. After writing it, fold it as small as you can get it without relying on tools other then your hands. Go outside and bury it underneath the Earth, and say "Into the ground, you can't be found. You're not around, I can't hear your sound". Say this three times and stomp over the area where it was buried. This worked for me in just two months. It may not make that person get a job, but it will get them away from you.

Spells are always a resource, but you might want to start with mundane means first.
Issue them with a written eviction notice giving them a very specific date when they must be out of your house.
If that date passes, change the locks on your doors while they are not at home. Then post a written note as to where and when they can get their things. And be sure to have someone with you when this person comes to the house to get their things.
Finally, you can always seek legal help in evicting them. Then it they won't move you can call the police to take care of it for you.
Do it sooner rather than later. In some cases if they have been there for quite awhile they can claim "squatter's rights" and it can be more difficult to get an eviction notice.
Lark's right. Also, before issuing an eviction notice, read up on squatter's right laws in your state. Every state has different time limits needed before the attainment of squatter's rights. If you aren't sure what this means, here's the definition of it- If someone else (squatter, the hour guest, whatever you want to call it) lived on the land for a certain number of years, they were then considered the owner and the original owner's relatives would lose any claim of ownership. Squatter rights exist to promote the efficient use of land. Make sure to read up on the laws of your state regarding this
And as for the banishing spell, make sure you think of a clear intention while doing it. We don't want the magick to make you lose your house and get you away from that guest, we want the guest to get away from you. Try adding with harm to none to the end of the spell, and in your intention
