Practice in secret

I practice in secret, my mom does buy my candles but she thinks I use them for decoration and not for lighting. My room is in the basement and my parents never come down. Is it better to go outside and do spells? I could do that at night and they wouldnt know because they would be in bed.

That sorta depends on what kind of area u live in.for example if u live out in the country and have like 6 acres and ur nearst neighboor is like 1 mile away yeah then I spose its safe to practice. I myself live out in the country with 2.5 acres and I practice in my bedroom which doesn't have a door and out doors for the bigger stuff.

have you tried explaining to your parents
i you live a suburban area i suggest a local park, a beach cave, a glen or a excluded area
it doesnt have to be outside it cand be in the bathroom or even the shed lols

It is nice to be able to go outside for some magical workings. Sometimes you need to if your work requires natural running water, something to be buried, or if you are burning something that will cause the smoke alarm to go off. I find that outside I connect better with the earth and sky. (Inside I have to work a little harder to pass through the building.) As for where you live and going outside you need to know your area. I have lived in townhouses where your neighbors are right next to you and practiced outside in the common yard. It just depends on how comfortable you are with people seeing you. If you cast a circle right it will cause you to be "invisible". Not completely though it will just help to keep others from not noticing you.

That wasn't a typo. I have no door.mom don't care what I do as as it not demon summoning or calling spirits inside the house. I usualy don't listen to the latter.I usualy leave the windows open. I would suggest ouside for working the craft. If u work the craft indoors after a while ull notice a slight difference compared to the rest of the house.
