This isn't really a spell, but a general way to make a sigil and how to 'charge' it.

A sigil is a symbol made of your desire, you write out your intention, and then remove repeated letters, and then randomly rearrange them into a arbitrary, abstract graph, you can simplify it if you find it too complex.

Now you want to charge it, in chaos magic, the way is to achieve a altered state of consciousness called 'gnosis' they are a state where your mind is fixed into one point, ways to do this is, for example, running until you are completely exhausted and upon breaking down the sigil is visualised or looked at, some other examples include sex, fasting, death posture, etc, use whatever you like, you can either write the sigil on a piece of paper, look at it at the peak of your action, and then destroy and forget about it, or just visualise it at the peak and forget, both are okay.

Reading it over, it's an incomplete outline to create a sigil [see Tadashi's comment for more detail] A sigil is a symbol you draw on a piece of paper or bay leaf that you light on fire to release. You can use premade sigils [these would theoretically have more energy as more people use them for this intended purpose, but some would argue if people know you use a specific type of sigil, they could counteract it] How long it takes to work depends on the energy you charged and your request. If this sigil is for confidence, once you burn it, you should feel the effects. If it is to find a job [depending on how diligently you're searching] it will take a day or two before you see results.

This requires an edit. It should also be an article, not a spell. There are several methods to make sigils. Pidid began their explanation, then stopped. They appear to have been explaining the second easiest method to make a sigil. The easiest being to draw your own interpretation. Say, protection, you could draw a house on a shield and use that for protection. This version is almost as creative, but requires letters. Write out the word or phrase you wish to use the sigil for.

Those are the letters you would use to create your protection sigil. The easier option is to draw the letters all connected in some way. Example, you draw a big M then attached the letters to the M, or layer the letters one on top of the other. Another method is to get a witches sigil wheel (Google Image Search) and use that. If you wish to place wax paper above it, laminate it, or use a pencil, it does not matter. Start at the M, then trace a line to each letter on the wheel and there you have your sigil.

As for how to charge a sigil, charge it the same way you charge a spell. Sigils are symbols you activate to release their energy. Some will tattoo the symbol on them, draw it in lotion/oil, or keep it somewhere safe, but the majority of sigils are burned to release the energy. If this is a protection sigil, charge it while focusing on how you want your home to feel safe and protected. The energy is released upon activation, but how long it takes to manifest may vary depending on the requests. A protection is rather instantaneous while a money spell might take a few days/weeks depending on your circumstance and request. Sigil Magik is a type of spell, so they work similar to spells. It is simply another type, like Candle Magik or Kitchen Witchery.

Generate Chaos Magik? Could you elaborate? Chaos Magik is a form of Magik and sigils are a common tool in that path, though sigils are not exclusive to Chaos Witches. The old all Wiccans are Witches, but not all Witches are Wiccan situation.

Sigils do not generate energy. You charge them and they release the energy over time. The amount of energy you put in determines how long the effects will last. Chaos Magik is a form of Magik. It is not more or less powerful than other forms. It works better for some Witches and their spells are more potent, but that is not because Chaos Magik is stronger than potion craft. When you find the type of Magik you are naturally gifted with, your spells will be easier to cast.

Are you casting a regular spell then placing a sigil on top and activating the sigil during the spell? You can create a sigil specifically for extra energy to be used to power a spell. You could also create a sigil for a specific things, say protection, and use that. It would save time and energy to just use the sigil instead of casting a spell and using a sigil. But, it can be done, say you carve the sigil into a candle. However, using sigil Magik and spellcraft is like mixing baking and cooking. They are similar. You could make a meat pie which would be considered both. However, baking requires more accuracy than cooking. What you are asking is like saying I just made jam, should I add it to my stir fry? Technically yes, but at the same time no. Think about the spell and the sigil and if they go together.

Chaos Magik is another form of Magik/Witchcraft. Chaos Magik is not automatically more powerful than fire Magik, Fairy Magik, or other forms of Magik. Choas Magik still follows the same laws of nature other forms of Magik does because it is all the same source. It is how you work with the energy that makes it Chaotic. Chaos can be confusing and unpredictable. It is seen as more powerful, but only for those who can work with Chaos. Chaos Magik can blow up in your face if you do not know how to work with it. And that is okay. Not everyone is meant to be a Chaos Witch.

Yes, you can edit a spell so it will work better for you. If you like a spell, but do not like a specific item, or wish to incorporate a sigil, symbol, or spirit, you can. I would double check the thing you wish to change does not break the spell, but the majority of the time it will be fine. Especially since most items have multiple correspondences on top of your own personal gnosis. Try it and see what happens.
