Cool spell, it works, but now I can't sleep

It doesn't, it might help you set your intention but look into grounding and charging if you want to absorb energy

How did you know it worked @wondiw? I am curious.

As I said to wondiw it doesn't, it might set your intention before doing some energy work but it won't pump your body full of energy. When you do energy work, it might take a few attempts before you feel things but you should feel warmer and more energetic. Look for a simple tree grounding/charging method. Stand with both feet firmly on the ground/floor, and visualize roots returning to the earth then visualize/feel negative dark energy leaving your body [go with whatever colour works for you] then raise your arms to the sky and visualize branches absorbing positive light energy [again, whatever colour works for you] and storing it in your body. That's a very simple energy technique.
