You can just start by a simple chant or spell to become a witch no need to use a certain spell to becone one as long as you identify as one to be one

''Witch'' is a title like ''teacher'' or ''Christian'' you don't need a spell to be one. if you want to be a witch, practice witchcraft.

It has been stated, but a witch is one who practices witchcraft. You do not need a spell to become one. Practice and living your path will make you a witch. It is merely a title.

If it makes you feel any better, then sure, go ahead and use this spell for reassurance. But it's not necessary.
