How do you transform back or do you just think of being a human again?

Magick cannot physically transform you into an animal, so it won't work to begin with. You could look into ''shifting'' on the astral plane, but physical animal transformations are not possible.

Magick doesn't contradict nature on the physical plane, which is why you cannot physically transform. If you are doing an astral projection or deep meditation, you would visualize your room, them your body and slowly open you eyes, but you won't physically transform into an animal.
