Put the name or title of whatever you are blessing in the [insert] blanks. When you say the incantation, imagine positive energy filling the item/person/room/etc. Project your intent through your dominant hand while you are chanting. 

 

By my personal power,

which runs through my soul

as blood runs through my veins,

[insert] is/are blessed.

 

By the sun, the moon, and the stars,

who watch upon us all,

[insert] is/are blessed.

 

By the will of the spirits of the living and dead,

of animals and plants, of wind and water,

[insert] is/are blessed.

 

Repeat as needed.
