Unless you speak a specific language, you should not use it because you do not understand it. Makgik works regardless of language, it is about vibrations. Chanting while grounding can work. Hold a crystal or use essential oils to calm you. You could even bless your fidget toy for that very purpose. I doubt this is an actual chant, but if it helps you, I am happy for you. However, I would look for a better calming spell. A very simple one you can do is box breathing. But that is not a spell, just a practice you need to work on.
